Description

The Owlet Monitor Duo combines the Smart Sock 3 with the Owlet Cam 2 Video Monitor, providing the ability to track baby’s heart rate, oxygen level and sleep trends with HD video.

Compared to purchasing the Smart Sock 3 and the Owlet Cam 2 separately, the Owlet Monitor Duo saves almost $50 in this combined package.

The Owlet Smart Sock 3 silently tracks an infant's heart rate and oxygen while they sleep or through gentle motion, and notifies parents if something is wrong. 

The Smart Sock comfortably wraps around baby’s foot to track heart rate and oxygen levels using clinically-proven pulse oximetry.

The electronics send your baby's heart rate and oxygen levels to the Base Station. The Base Station glows green to let you know everything is okay but will notify with lights and sounds if something appears to be wrong.

The Base Station then sends information to your smartphone using Owlet's app, where you can receive notifications and stream real-time heart rate and oxygen levels for baby on your phone, with the ability to pause notification sounds from the Base Station and App, if required.

The Owlet Cam 2 streams HD video with night vision and two-way audio to your smartphone over a secure, encrypted WiFi connection, allowing you to hear and see your child from anywhere. Transform your phone into a smart baby monitor.

    • Owlet App requires iOS 8 or higher and Android 5.0 or higher
    • Wifi required for Owlet App, HotSpot wifi NOT recommended 
    • Owlet App only supports 2.4 GHz wireless router. Only connect to a private network that requires a secure password
    • The Base Station is the primary notification system - if your WiFi goes down or your don't have your phone, the Base Station is still designed to notify
    • Connects via bluetooth - range up to 30 metres

    Pick-up is available within one hour from our Adamstown (Newcastle NSW) store, during store opening hours.

    babyshop offers FREE DELIVERY throughout Newcastle and Lake Macquarie in our babytaxi.

    babytaxi delivery is same day (Monday-Friday) when your order is received by us with payment before 3pm AEST.

    Our Newcastle Delivery area is south to Swansea, north to Stockton and west to Toronto, with no minimum order value required for free delivery.

    There is no need to enter a special promotional code, choose the shipping method 'Newcastle NSW Delivery' at checkout, for orders within the postcode range 2280 - 2309 to receive FREE delivery.

    babytaxi deliveries will not have a tracking number/reference, but will be delivered in the afternoon, after store closing time.



    Australia Wide Delivery


    babyshop provides Flat Rate delivery ($9.95) Australia wide, from Newcastle NSW via Australia Post. babyshop offers FREE DELIVERY for all orders over $150.00.

    Orders for 'In Stock' items are dispatched the day of receipt (business days only) where the order is received by us with payment before 3pm AEST.

    Once your order has been dispatched, regular Australia Post delivery times apply.

    If you need to receive your order by a particular date, please email us at sales@babyshop.com.au and we will confirm if this is possible.



    International Delivery

    babyshop can deliver to select international countries.

    To enquire if we are able to deliver to your country, and for international shipping and insurance rates, please e-mail us at sales@babyshop.com.au and we will quote you on the cost of shipping to your country.

    International shipping is not currently an available option for ordering via our website.

    Please keep in mind that postage overseas can be quite expensive for heavy items (such as bedding and linen) and some items are too large to be sent overseas.

    Return Options

    If for any reason a product is unsuitable, please return the item within 30 days and we will provide an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Postage and handling charges are not refundable.

    To return or exchange an item, please contact us via email at sales@babyshop.com.au with the following information when requesting to return an item:

    - Order number
    - Product name
    - Reason for return
    - Return for replacement, exchange or refund

    We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN#) and instructions for where to send the package.

    All returned products must be in their original sale condition (unused or soiled) with all packaging, tags, labels, manuals and registration cards still attached and included.

    Please ensure that returned products are repackaged with care, so that they are in a suitable condition to be re-sold.

    Returns of purchases made in store must have a receipt if a refund is required. If no receipt is provided, proof of purchase from our store is required, and an exchange only will be offered.

    Please note, there are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned:

    - Perishable goods (e.g. food)
    - Intimate or sanitary goods
    - Health or personal care items (especially if they have been opened or unsealed)
    - Gift cards/vouchers
    - Books, CDs, DVDs (which have been unsealed or show obvious signs of use)

    We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.

    Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will provide separate instructions for return, refund or replacement.
